Role & Responsibilities
• Responsible for setting sales strategies and proposals to achieve sales goals that drive market share, volume and revenue growth in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro
• Leads and manages existing customer relationships with Financial Institutions, as well as the acquisition of new customers
• Capable of negotiating and dealing on C-Level to identify opportunities and customer requirements
• Focus on client success. Partners with the customer to establish, execute and report progress against annual business plans
• Develop strong internal relationships within Mastercard to enable business goals achievement and differentiate Mastercard from the competitors
All About You
• In depth experience in sales and relationship management, ideally in the payments/financial services industry (min 5-8 years, advanced expertise)
• Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills with an evidenced track record in problem-solving and creating solutions that increase revenue
• Experienced in planning, managing, and closing complex, competitive sales efforts
• Impactful and influencing, strong negotiation skills
• Team player with ability to work with all levels in a highly intellectual, collaborative, and fast paced environment
• Ability to manage and grow internal and external cross functional relationships and partnership
• Have a work permit for Serbia and be able to travel
• Bachelor's degree required
• Position is based in Belgrade; Candidates must be fluent in both Serbian and English (verbal and written)
