In this role you will leverage data, metrics, benchmarking, best practices and voice of the employee (VOE) to design programs and initiatives to support the business unit in making progress in our three (3) DEI pillars: Workforce, Workplace and Marketplace.
This position is pivotal in not only developing and managing our DEI training portfolio but also in integrating DEI principles and behaviors into our broader learning initiatives. The ideal candidate will champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all aspects of our organization's learning and development efforts.
The successful candidate for this position will join a strong team of talent and learning professionals. The solutions you will be supporting range from facilitated programs, classroom, performance support, online experiences, and/or a variety of self-directed experiences.

The Impact:
As Practice lead for DEI learning strategy, the individual will:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive DEI learning strategy by partnering with L&D and HR leadership and MM DEI community to align with the broader DEI strategy and establish KPIs
- Review existing programs for all employees, executives and people managers, determine if they are still effective, what's missing and what's next for these audiences.
- Regularly, and proactively, assess evolving needs and actively identify opportunities to determine recommendations for future needs.
- Implement next phase of DEI Learning strategy
- Solicit feedback, address concerns, and cultivate relationships to drive meaningful change.
- Monitor and evaluate impact of the DEI Learning Strategy:
- Analyze data to identify trends, measure progress, and inform future program enhancements through metrics and reporting.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, research, and legislative developments related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Manage Comprehensive DEI Training Portfolio
- Manage/Evaluate 3rd party DEI vendors in the delivery of DEI programs
- Develop and implement engaging DEI training sessions, workshops, and resources for employees at all levels, aligning content with organizational objectives
- Facilitate discussions, organize events, and provide guidance to promote a culture of inclusion.
- Manage queries and issues related to existing learning programs with an eye to continuously improve.
- Streamline/transition Learning Operations
- Oversee logistical aspects of DEI training programs, including scheduling, registration, and evaluation.
- Oversee budget for all DEI Learning experiences.
- Act as Practice Lead
- Establish, document and upskill the rest of the team on DEI training & integration standards and operations.
- Integrate DEI into the broader Enterprise Learning Portfolio:
- Collaborate with the L&D team to infuse DEI principles into existing training programs and curriculum.
- Maintain awareness of global issues and trends in diversity and inclusion and use emerging information to embed in the existing and new learning programs.
- L&D DEI Community Engagement:
- Serve as a resource and advocate for DEI learning initiatives within the organization and the broader community.

The Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field required.
- 5+ years of proven work experience in an equivalent or similar role
The Ideal Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience leading a comprehensive DEI program
- Advanced degree or certification in DEI-related disciplines preferred.
- Comfortable with legal and regulatory changes to ensure company compliance
- Excellent Problem-solving and adaptability skills to respond quickly to a shifting reality and adjust initiatives and priorities
- Experience with budgets and forecasting
- Ability to develop and execute a strategic plan
- Experience designing, delivering, and evaluating DEI training programs
- Expert grasp of diversity, equity, and inclusion concepts, with the ability to integrate these principles into learning initiatives.
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, deliver results and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player who works collaboratively and is able to build trust and credibility within complex organizational relationships
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, as well as learning management systems.

Salary Range: $118,900.00-$156,000.00
