As the Regional Senior Lead for Trade Promotion Management (TPM) at Mars Pet Nutrition in North America, you will play a pivotal role in driving our digital transformation initiatives. This exciting opportunity allows you to lead the implementation of innovative Trade Promotion Management solutions that will shape the future of our business. Collaborating with diverse teams across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Information Technology, you will craft and execute cutting-edge digital and data strategies tailored for Pet Nutrition. Your key partners will include the Global Trade Promotion Management Product Management Team, Regional Sales Revenue Management Team, Data Analytics Teams, and central digital technology teams focused on Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Integration.

What are we looking for?

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years in digital technology roles, particularly in software development and implementation, with proven experience in leading digital TPM or similar deployment projects.
  • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of digital TPM ecosystem technologies, including Sales Planning, SRM, Customer Claims, and Trade Sales.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze complex data and draw meaningful insights, along with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Change Management: Experience in change management and driving organizational transformation in a TPM environment.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel to various regional locations as required.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the regional North America digital TPM deployment strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Implementation Oversight: Lead the end-to-end implementation of the digital TPM initiative, ensuring successful delivery within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Technical Roadmap Development: Identify technical interdependencies and develop a regional technical roadmap for integration, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability among various systems.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and track regional key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with the regional TPM Business lead, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to define and document requirements for the TPM project, ensuring alignment with global product teams.
  • Risk Management: Identify technical risks in projects and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Infrastructure Readiness: Ensure infrastructure readiness in collaboration with central digital technology and local IT teams.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external senior stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and support throughout the project lifecycle.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position mayalso include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Eligibility for these additional elements depend on the position offered and the employee's work schedule (i.e., part-time schedule, store associate). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
