cPLM Technical Senior Analyst Job Description:
To deliver business transformation at scale, this Core Product Lifecycle Management (cPLM) Technical Senior Analyst plays an important role in gathering, analyzing and documenting cPLM business requirements. It translates business requirements into technical specifications, partnering with the nominated system integrator and ensures clear prioritization of the technical backlog to meet the agreed business needs. This role will play an important subject matter expert role in cPLM.

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or relevant business function (e.g., R&D) or equivalent with minimum 5 years of experience in technical analyst roles.

- Experience with SAP PLM, S4/Hana Cloud, RISE Hosting, SAP BTP, and related integration to ERP, MDG, label management, innovation, CAD, and other applications.
- Good understanding of PLM technologies and how business needs are met.
- Strong experience in digital R&D of requirement gathering and technical specification creation.
- Experience in CPG and/or related process industries.
- Experience in technical analyst roles in digital R&D, preferably PLM and related touchpoints to ERP.
- Experience with PLM transformation programs (e.g., transitioning from SAP ECC to S4/Hana and legacy PLM solution to SAP PLM platform).
- Knowledge of digital PLM platform solution architecture, complexities and architectural patterns and needs (e.g., data confidentiality, security).
- Ability to think out-of-the-box to evolve strategic PLM solutions and experiences through technology.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Lead Technical Requirements for PLM
- Collaborate with stakeholders from the PLM DevOps team (such as Product Owner, Scrum master, Solution Architect, Software Engineers etc.), PLM FE's (Functional Expert), Digital Core ERP as well as IT teams within the segments to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Act as a liaison between business units and development teams (e.g., cPLM, Digital Core ERP, MDG, Enterprise Architecture, Security, Integration Hub, business and systems integrators), translating business requirements into clear technical specifications. Facilitate seamless communication.
- Identify, define and present opportunities for process and technical improvement across the PLM tool ecosystem to key stakeholders including the PLM Digital Director and Corporate PLM Portfolio Owner.
- Support end-to-end solution design and implementation by ensuring alignment between business needs and PLM system capabilities, working closely with architects and developers to optimize system configurations and integrations
Digital PLM Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize PLM and Innovation Systems features, functionalities, and enhancements. Participate in project meetings and contribute to project coordination efforts.
- Play a critical role in coordinating testing phases and support change management efforts
- Be a lead in transitioning knowledge as part of Service Introduction processes to GDO (Global Delivery Organization) and FE Org take-on procedures.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position mayalso include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Eligibility for these additional elements depend on the position offered and the employee's work schedule (i.e., part-time schedule, store associate).
