Job Description:
As "Cloud Governance Lead" inside CCoE (Cloud Center of Excellence) team, you will be responsible for ensuring and enforcing effective governance and compliance within the Mars cloud. This role primarily focuses on orchestrating cloud initiatives while maximizing organizational benefits and minimizing transformation-related risks. Additionally, this role supports cloud technical teams on compliance and other regulations that govern the overall use of the cloud, also responsible for analyzing and optimizing Mars' CCoE infrastructure and services utilization, performance, cost, and overall effectiveness.

What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT Controls, Governance, Data and Analytics supporting cloud infrastructure environment.
- Understanding of cloud platforms and technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining software compliance and governance programs.
- Strong knowledge of IT Governance frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience in managing compliance documentation and records.
- Understanding of data repository principles and best practices in IT infrastructure and operations area.
- Ability to provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to facilitate consensus and Stakeholder Relationship Management of functional experts and senior stakeholders.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Ensure and enforce effective governance and compliance within the Mars Infrastructure environment.
- Support cloud technical teams on compliance and other regulations that govern the overall use of the cloud.
- Measuring and Reporting on the Cloud CoE's performance.
- Leverage Data and Analytics producing and communicating relevant Cloud CoE information
- Communication storytelling.
- Establish and Enforce SLA/SLO and KPIs by defining, reviewing, monitoring and reporting related content to the Cloud CoE's operations, including governance, risk management, compliance, and performance management.
- Stakeholder engagement providing guidance and support to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
