Job Description:

The key purpose of this role is to support the day-to-day operations and strategic evolution of the global Climate & Sourcing Team by providing organizational and reporting support to team members and Directors. The Climate & Sourcing PMO will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the team and enabling effective collaboration among team members. Key
responsibilities of the role will include managing team communications, organizing reporting and events, coordinating team projects, maintaining team records and databases, and providing
support as needed. This role will build team capabilities and empower team members to function at the next level.

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant/Efficiency Specialist/Team's Coordinator preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative across a global team and time zones
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Experience managing projects or coordinating events is a plus.
  • Required competencies require but are not limited to: Approachability; Organizational Agility; Customer Focus; Drive for Results.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Functional support and project coordination (35% of time)
  • Team management and cultural support (35% of time)
  • Sustainability topical support and strategic project management (30% of time)

Total rewards at Mars includes base pay, competitive benefits, and annual bonus (if position is eligible). The full-time pay range for this role is:
USD 66.824,00 - USD 100.235,00
