The Role
We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Recruitment Team. The Recruiting Coordinator will be detail orientated, resourceful, thrives under pressure and enjoys being a collaborative team player. They will work closely with our hiring managers and recruiters to ensure a positive interview experience for all candidates. This position will rely heavily on their ability to manage multiple and competing priorities in a fast-moving environment. You will be part of a team that is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing a global recruiting strategy, with an emphasis on efficiency and best in class candidate experience.
How You'll Help Take Us There
- Schedule a high volume of interviews with candidates with urgency and care; coordinate all details of the interviews.
- Manage professional written and verbal communication with candidates, recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers throughout the interview process.
- Greet candidates at their onsite interviews, get them situated for their interviews, answer questions and ensure they’re appropriately set up for the day.
- Manage candidate records through Greenhouse, our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with excellent attention to detail.
- Keep hiring teams and candidates up to date on recruiting process.
- Create and run weekly tracking reports as necessary using the ATS.
- Support ad hoc projects throughout our recruiting programs by finding solutions, pushing projects forward, updating stakeholders on progress, and collaborating with other team members.
What We're Looking for
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a coordinator or recruitment role, with 2+ years of experience preferred.
- Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience improving and implementing process changes.
- Superior time management and multi-tasking ability.
- Excellent team player who demonstrates superior professionalism, and discretion.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with Greenhouse ATS preferred.
- Strong analytical ability and proactive approach to problem solving.
- Strong MS office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Willingness to take ownership for wide-ranging responsibilities and strong work ethic.

For job positions in NYC, NY, and other locations where required, the estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $70,000 - $90,000 USD base. Actual salary may vary depending on job-related factors, which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. You may also be eligible for annual cash incentives, equity, and other benefit programs.
