Location

This role is based out of our Dublin Office. We love our office and the setting it provides for celebration and collaboration. But we also appreciate the opportunity to work remotely can energize you too, so we do offer flexible arrangements!

What you'll do

As our new Loyalty and Reward Specialist for the Liquid Refreshment Beverage (LRB) category within our Digital Center of Excellence (DCoE), you will help us create meaningful connections with our customers through well executed loyalty and reward propositions, which will provide them with enhanced ways of connecting with our brands. By centralizing this function, you will bring efficiencies & alignment and provide markets with additional support.

Additional key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with Global & Local Stakeholders to add loyalty propositions across marketing campaigns
  • Setting up & running the loyalty service, which would include below:
  • Managing the Rewards Calendar & the Rewards Communication Calendar with local partners
  • Developing and evolving customer propositions across our brands that drive engagement, loyalty and business value
  • Project managing the end-to-end development and execution of recommended propositions, working cross functionally to ensure brilliant execution
  • Setting-up rewards in loyalty tool
  • Optimizing ways of working with the different stakeholders
  • Defining Targets with local markets and running regular reporting

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years experience in digital marketing.
  • Loyalty Program experience
  • Track record of using insights to create engagement with consumers
  • User of CMS, CRM or/and loyalty tools
