Key Accounts Manager, Grocery & Convenience - Ontario

Mark Anthony Group is the leading family-owned Canadian Beverage Alcohol company in Canada with three distinct sales organizations across the country. Each division represents a unique portfolio of products, including brands such as White Claw, Dillon's, Mott's Clamato, and many more!

Our Mark Anthony Brands team in Ontario is looking to add a new Key Account Manager based in Toronto who will be responsible for the Key Account strategy for Grocery & Convenience channels to plan, develop, and implement sales initiatives to deliver annual budget including revenue and volume targets.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage a customer list, including but not limited to: conducting business reviews, listing presentations, promotional programming applications and supplier visits
  • Customer relationship with designated key Grocery & Convenience Chain accounts
  • Formulate plans to obtain agreed listings, retail pricing, distribution, shelf positioning and retail inventory levels
  • Meet with key buyers to present opportunities and develop on-going working relationships
  • Execute sales strategies and programs in conjunction with the Trade Marketing Manager, Sales Managers and Field Sales Representatives
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and growth of long-term relationships

What You'll Bring:

  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive sales and key account experience
  • Three years of experience in the retail packaging industry
  • Completed Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce or related from a recognized institution
  • Leadership and strategic planning abilities
  • Strong customer management, organizational and analytical skills
