Our client, a dynamic staffing organization, is seeking an Onsite Manager/Onsite Supervisor to join their team. As an Onsite Lead, you will be part of the operations supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Onsite Manager/Onsite Supervisor
Location: 3 days onsite in Littleton, MA; 2 days at the local office in Andover, MA or Boston, MA
Schedule: Mon-Fri / 8:00am - 4:00pm
Pay Range: Depending on Experience

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, delivering specific reports as requested.
- Monitor associates' attendance and performance, coaching them to resolve issues and ensure good performance.
- Communicate with upper management regarding site progress, potential problems, and proposed solutions.
- Address and resolve on-site issues related to associates.
- Manage data entry tasks to ensure accurate capture of client and associates' performance data.
What's Needed?
- 3+ years of experience in staffing
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a MUST
- Proficiency in digital literacy, including MS Suite, SharePoint, Outlook, and Workforce Management Systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
