Job Description Summary:
- Responsible for planning, directing and co-ordinating all manufacturing operations of production, machinery, processing and assembly departments.
- Creates production shedule and staff requirements based on determined priorities.
- Daily and long-term production planning and management
- Translating customer requirements into production processes
- Setting and coordinating production schedules
- Coordinating and supporting teams
- Data collection and analysis
- Supporting shift supervisors in the execution of shift supervisor tasks
- Providing necessary materials and information
- Liaising with other departments
- Informing supervisors and managing workers
- Implementing and ensuring the implementation of standardised activities in the team
- Enforce and regularly monitor 5S/6S and Lean mindset, rules and regulations
- Coordinating and driving development
- Preventing unjustified use of materials
- Responsible for the enforcement of EHS, 5s rules, as well as compliance and enforcement of quality standards in own area
Expectations:
- University degree in engineering and/or 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a similar field
- Knowledge of LEAN tools
- Ability to work under pressure, leadership skills, decisive approach
- Good problem solving skills
- Process-oriented vision, systems thinking, problem solving skills
- MS-Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook)
