About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator to support onboarding, training, and professional development initiatives. This role will be instrumental in ensuring seamless learning experiences, managing training logistics, maintaining learning resources, and tracking employee growth.
Additionally, this role will play a key part in general office management for our Pune, India office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working cross-functionally, and is passionate about employee development and workplace efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Onboarding & Employee Experience
- Support the coordination and execution of onboarding programs.
- Manage background check processes
- Manage onboarding communications and materials to enhance the new hire experience.
- Track new hire progress and ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
- Oversee programs that support employee integration, such as buddy or mentorship initiatives.
- Assess new hire training needs to align onboarding with business goals.
- Analyze new hire survey feedback to improve the onboarding and integration experience.
- Learning & Development Program Support
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of training sessions and workshops.
- Maintain and update learning resources to ensure accessibility and relevance.
- Manage LMS response grading for accurate evaluation of training outcomes.
- Maintain user access to intelligence platforms and generate performance reports.
- Track employee participation and engagement in learning initiatives.
- Gather and analyze feedback to enhance training effectiveness.
- Support leadership and coaching programs by managing logistics and materials.
- Develop templates and resources to facilitate structured coaching sessions.
- Track coaching participation and measure program impact.
- Manage training calendars, schedules, and communications.
- Assist with vendor coordination and training program logistics.
- Support learning platform administration and ensure content accuracy.
- Serve as a point of contact for training-related inquiries.
- Monitor and report on training participation, certifications, and employee progress.
- Maintain accurate records of learning initiatives and employee development activities.
- Administrative Responsibilities
- Light office management
- Assist the HR Manager with cultural events
Basic Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, or Office Administration.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS), Slack, Guru, or similar tools (a plus).
- Ability to manage office operations and vendor relationships effectively.
- Passion for employee development, learning, and workplace efficiency.

Work Environment:
We offer a mix of in-office and hybrid working. Hybrid remote work arrangements are not available for all positions. Please refer to the job posting detail to determine what in-office requirements apply. Where applicable, hybrid WFH days work must be conducted from your home office located in a jurisdiction in which Madison Logic has the legal right to operate. WFH requires availability and responsiveness on a full-time basis from a distraction free environment with access to high-speed internet. Please inquire for more details.
