About the role:

Lumafield is hiring a growth marketing manager to build our lead generation engine from the ground up by using a wide variety of paid and organic channels.

Our product is the next great engineering tool, but because industrial CT scanners have historically been expensive and inaccessible, most of our potential users either aren’t aware of the technology or don’t realize that it will work for them. You’ll be responsible for building campaigns that capture their attention, convey our value proposition, encourage them to become leads, and prepare them for productive discussions with our sales team.

You’ll be starting with a big advantage: our content is already really popular. Technical audiences love our scans, and they’ve repeatedly made it to the front pages of Reddit and Hacker News, been featured by YouTube stars, and even earned more than a million views on TikTok. You’ll continue to build high-level excitement by satisfying the world’s curiosity while developing an effective funnel that delivers high-quality leads to our sales team.

You’ll take ownership of our HubSpot system and build out a first-rate demand generation infrastructure by identifying and implementing additional tools to drive Lumafield’s growth. And you’ll be able to draw on internal and external content-creation resources to bring your plans to life.

What you’ll do:

  • Work with our marketing and sales teams to create Lumafield’s lead-generation engine
  • Own our growth infrastructure
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns across both paid and organic channels
  • Manage our trade show exhibits (currently 2-3 shows per year)
  • Be the single source of truth for sales and marketing performance metrics
  • Collaborate with a creative, fast-moving team to generate ideas for impactful content and coordinate its development

About You:

  • Analytical, data-driven mindset
  • Excellent cross functional project-management skills
  • Experience running a successful trade show exhibit
  • Experience planning, building, and managing effective demand generation campaigns with with third-party publishers and ad networks
  • A desire to work in a fast-moving environment
  • Ability to thrive on change
