Your Impact

The Digital Projects & Services Sr. Analyst will track, analyze, report, and lead final key performance metrics to ensure activities within their assigned area are meeting strategic and financial objectives. This will include identifying key trends in the data to explain the business performance and trajectory, and driving action steps to improve the associated onsite experiences. This candidate will take on ad hoc projects and analyses, as required by leadership, to create new functionality or provide functionality related to key initiatives within the home services and project selling spaces. Key partners for this role will include other digital commerce teams, cross functional teams, and/or vendors/3rd party as needed.

What you will do

  • Tracks and shares performance of assigned area at weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, including proactively identifying opportunities and risks based on performance indicators.
  • Partners with business leaders to define OKR targets, and tracks progress and actions towards those goals.
  • Creates insight-based action plans to solve identified opportunity areas or test new ideas to improve the Digital Projects & Services area of focus.
  • Provides insights, competitive intelligence, and data driven recommendations for assigned area to create hypotheses and define business value to ultimately drive action for improvement.
  • Leads projects related to the development and improvement of assigned digital business area.
  • Prioritizes reporting that is needed by the business, defines reporting requirements, and partners with the relevant teams to build necessary reports.
  • Present to key stakeholders on project/campaign strategies and insights to guide future strategies, tactics, or activities.

Who you are

  • Experienced with tools like Adobe Analytics.
  • Experienced with reporting tools such as Power BI.
  • Experienced with Microsoft office tools (Power Point, Excel, etc.).

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field).
  • 4 years' experience in online/retail merchandising or business operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a corporate setting
  • Experience in retail

Pay Range: $70,400.00 - $117,400.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
