The primary purpose of this role is to provide support to the PROvider Sales Manager and the strategy regarding PROvider sales, recognition, and incentives for Lowe's Independent Service PROviders. This role will be responsible for providing analysis to support key initiatives while leading projects from idea to implementation. This includes working with PROviders to
capture feedback and ensure they are part of the PRO customer benefits that will benefit their overall business. This role will collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to execute programs developed that will bring value to the Lowe's Independent Service PROvider. This includes responsibility for analyzing and monitoring key KPI's on a weekly basis while investigating performance variances. This role is critical to Lowe's as it supports the Provider Experience Group's mission to be the PROviders #1 choice to do business with.

What You Will Do
• Provides analysis and benchmarks of Lowe's PROvider sales, incentives, recognition and engagement performance through its provider network via data analytics and operational feedback.
• Provides analysis on installation sales programs to identify opportunities for improving and driving sales.
• Designs and implements incentive and recognition programs to incentivize PROviders and drive engagement and performance metrics.
• Solves complex business problems by performing competitive and market analysis, utilizing subject matter experts both internally and externally where needed.
• Communicates data driven insights to leaders by preparing analyses using multiple data sources; translating findings into clear, understandable themes; identifying complete, consistent, and actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborates cross functionally to effectively deliver projects, best practices, and process improvement initiatives.
• Proactively works with PROviders to grow Lowe's For Pro's memberships across the PROvider network.
• Collaborates cross functionally across the network with Installations Merchants and Product Merchants to source product needed by the Independent Service PROviders.
• Executes the process of documenting policies, procedures, and processes for new or current initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs on a weekly basis and investigate performance variances.
• Applies solid knowledge of business analytics principles to all deliverables; leverages an understanding of policies, data, and resources to support projects or initiatives; collaborates cross-functionally to solve business problems; identifies, recommends, and implements ways to address improvement opportunities
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or related experience
• 5 years of experience in project / process management, data analytics, or services/merchandising /store operations. Three or more years experience with reporting systems such as SQL MicroStrategy/DART. Advanced analytical skills and excellent communication and project management skills.
• 5 years of experience in a services, merchandising and store operations. Five or more years' experience in cross functional complex project management, analytic design, report development, and complex root cause analysis
Preferred Skills/Experience
• Master's degree in business administration
• 5 or more years of experience in cross functional complex project management, analytic design, report development, and complex rootcause analysis
• 5 Years of Experience in a service, merchandising and store operations.

Pay Range: $72,400.00 - $120,900.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
