Job Description

• Assists in the development and maintenance of an AI platform, ensuring the platform meets functional requirements and performance criteria.
• Participates in the lifecycle of AI platform development, including ideation, prototyping, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Aids in the integration of AI capabilities into various products and platforms, ensuring smooth transitions and functionality.
• Participates in peer code reviews, learning from senior AI engineers, and adheres to established best practices in AI development.
• Stays updated with the latest technologies and frameworks in AI, suggesting minor improvements and updates to existing systems.
• Assists in implementing security and compliance measures within the AI development process, ensuring alignment with company policies and industry regulations.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Completion of coursework or program focused on AI or related skills (e.g., technology related college coursework, bootcamp, certification program, coding academy)

• Must be available to start in June 2025

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in science, technology, engineering, math, or relevant field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree) and 2 years of experience executing and deploying data science, ML, and DL (fewer years may be accepted with a Master's or Doctorate degree)

• Master's Degree in science, technology, engineering, math, statistics, physics, economics, data science, information science, or quantitative analytics
• 1 year of programming language experience
• 1 year of experience working with ML Operations tools
• 1 year of experience working with cross-functional partners
• 1 year of experience in SQL and NoSQL databases, Hadoop ecosystem, Druid, Trino, Big Query, Google Vertex AI

Pay Range: $68,300.00 - $129,800.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
