Your Impact

This role supports Content in run the business work within a key functional area of Digital Operations.

The Analyst of Product Content Oversight for Digital DIY Category Operations supports the run the business work within a key functional area of Digital Operations. The Analyst will support the Manager and Consultant of the area on day-to-day processes. The position will also support improvement of merchandising and vendor processes and efficiencies. Key functional areas include Data analytics with keen focus on Oversight and Governance, Reporting, Operational Services, Product Content, Data Governance and Tech Enablement. Responsibilities may vary based on the area of work.

What you will do

Analytics
• Perform detail Competitive Content Insight and Gap Analysis.

  • Analyze Item 360 reports and scorecards to identify Product Content issues, gaps and opportunities.
  • Analyze reporting within IMA, BLUE, DACI, Power BI, Alteryx, Knime and Microsoft applications to identify Product Content issues and opportunities.

• Issues Resolution-Handle Run-the-Business issues and escalate when needed.

Communication
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Storytelling to "sell an idea to the audience.

Building Relationships

• Digital, Merchandising & Vendor Engagement -Builds trust through daily execution to meet SLAs.

• Proactive, reliable and resourceful to solve challenges; pleasant, supportive; active listener.

• Continuous liaison with international partners to drive global maturity.
• Provides solid customer service to guide vendors and organizational partners through the content enrichment process

Self-Leadership

• Takes proactive and self-directed approach to identify and seize opportunities, pulling applicable levers to drive desired results,

• Good time management and organizational skills to manage competing priorities

Content and Process Improvement
• Oversee item product content synergy, emphasizing strategic insights for superior item experiences for Lowe's products.

• Continuously assesses workspace to identify and develop process improvements or automation opportunities that improve speed, quality, and accuracy

• Technology Requirements-Provide input and feedback. Able to test solutions as needed.

Training/Development
• Assist to on-board and train new users on best practices and system updates and/or changes for all merchandising information systems.

• Updates and maintains assigned training and process documents.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field

• 1-2 Years Experience in developing, designing and operating business solutions in a production environment

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in Microsoft products (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) and relational business software
