We are committed to providing an exceptional employee experience at every stage of the journey, and our HR Coordinator is instrumental in making this happen.

The HR Coordinator will partner closely across the Employee Success organization to support our Data Entry, Auditing, Performance Management, and Enablement initiatives. Focusing primarily on Data Entry and Auditing needs, you will own entering new hire data, ensuring up-to-date employee folders, and supporting our HRBPs with performance management needs.

Here's a closer look at this key role:

  • Accurately enter new hire and termination data into HR systems and maintain employee records.
  • Conduct regular audits of new hire folders to ensure compliance and data integrity.
  • Initiate new hire tasks such as sending onboarding emails and initiating background checks.
  • Manage Verification of Employment requests for current and previous employees.
  • Review and audit data entry work from other team members to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist HRBPs with performance management cycles, including launching and closing each cycle and providing regular reporting during the cycle.
  • Work closely with the Employee Success team to support additional HR initiatives and programs.

What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
  • A commitment and understanding to protecting highly confidential employee data.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring high-quality data management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to an evolving environment.

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. LogicMonitor employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval.
