We are seeking a talented and experienced Deal Desk Analyst to drive the deal creation process, including quoting, amendments, and modifications. As a key member of the expanding Revenue Operations Team, you will work closely with Revenue Operations, Accounting, and GTM teams to optimize processes and drive operational excellence. You will gain invaluable experience collaborating across teams while playing a pivotal role in cultivating growth and success. This is an exciting opportunity to make your mark in an energetic and dynamic environment.
Here's a closer look at this key role:
- Serve as the primary Sales contact for pricing, CPQ quoting, order form modifications, and general inquiries.
- Review and approve quotes to ensure products are being sold correctly, pricing within discount limits, and seek leadership approval for non-standard deals.
- Drive Sales compliance with quoting policies (e.g., discounting, non-standard terms).
- Collaborate with Business Systems, Accounting, Professional Services, and GTM teams to build and maintain a scalable quoting infrastructure.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation on quoting processes and policies.
- Own the completion of bookings and contracting at the end of each month, quarter, and year.
- Partner with Order Management to ensure deals are booked in line with accounting standards.
- Conduct contract and customer research to support co-terming strategies.
- Ensure adherence to customer contracts, aligning with key business and legal policies.
- Identify and drive opportunities for automation in the quote-to-cash process.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Finance or Business
- 2+ years in SaaS B2B, with at least 1 year focused on sales operations
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a dedicated work ethic
- Excellent critical thinking, innovation, and creativity in designing scalable processes

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. LogicMonitor employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval. The Base Salary range for this role is:
$53,445 - $70,000 USD
