About the Role:
As a Deal Desk Analyst you will be responsible for communicating, discussing and nurturing deals across the finish line. You will closely work with Sales, Enterprise Systems, Order Management and other teams to ensure there are no bottlenecks in the quote to cash process.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct Daily Sales Deal Desk office hours with SMB Sales Segment
- Provide consultative guidance to AE’s regarding deal structure and pricing along with assisting in the creation of quotes within Salesforce.com
- Primary CPQ UAT Tester who will liaise with ESYS
- Work with multiple departments for HW and SW cost updates
- Maintain a confluence page and update the page with regards to any process or system level changes
- Assist with the onboarding of new sales reps around the use of our margin calculation tool and approval process
- Support in developing training materials, sales examples and conduct regular contract training sessions – to reduce contract variations between similar deals
- Provide guidance and interpretation to finance and sales management of pricing, discounting and terms
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferably Masters in Business, Finance, Management or a strong mathematical discipline.
- Order Management, CRM experience preferably in Salesforce (CPQ) is a huge plus.
- Excellent Google Docs/Sheets and Salesforce reporting skills
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles and quote to cash process
- Have an analytical mindset with emphasis on results and finding solutions to complex problems
- Excellent project management skills with high attention to details
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized
- Ability to self-motivate, work independently, and meet deadlines
- Excited to work in a fast-paced environment with an innovative and hard-working team
- Must have excellent written and verbal English skills
