Liftoff is one of the world’s largest independent and privacy-friendly performance marketing platforms that is changing the way companies discover and engage with mobile app users. We are seeking a highly organized and driven individual, who will support the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and the Revenue Leadership Team, oversee management of Liftoff’s Orange County office and support the Senior Leadership Team with on-site logistics when in the OC office. The right candidate will be responsive, capable of thinking and acting fast– managing multiple items simultaneously– while bringing a positive attitude, creative solutions, and structure to our operations.
Responsibilities:
Executive Support [80%]
- Support Liftoff’s CRO, partnering with them to execute on top priorities
- Administrative support for the Revenue Leadership Team (3 executives)
- Heavy scheduling and management of complex calendars across time zones
- Arrange internal meetings with department heads and be present at key meetings to take notes and action items
- Event planning and support for team offsites, outings and summits
- Coordinate and collate content for large, cross-functional internal meetings and events
- Schedule and coordinate external meetings with executive level customers
- Book domestic and international travel including flights, transportation, accommodations, and visas
- Manage expense reports and other confidential data as needed
- Identify areas for improvement; streamline processes and procedures
- Set up conference rooms for meetings, including video conferencing systems
- Arrange for meals and other personal tasks as needed
Employee-Experience / Office PoC [20%]
- Serve as primary point of contact for executive support in the Orange County and Los Angeles offices
- Coordinate with Employee experience team to support on-site office management needs in OC and LA including signature requests, ordering and receiving shipments, access badges, stocking of supplies and handling any immediate needs of the Sr. Leadership Team when in the office.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in an administrative role supporting multiple executives
- Experience with office management and event planning
- Highly effective interpersonal, listening and communication skills
- Resourceful and independent problem solver
- Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and work independently
- Excellent follow up and high level of ownership and accountability
- Possess a high sense of urgency
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Must be proactive to improve processes and take on new initiatives
- Proficient with Google apps (GMail, GCal, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality using sound judgment
Location: Orange County, CA
Expectations:
- In-person at the Orange County Office 2-3 days per week, remote other days
- In-person at the Los Angeles Office once every two weeks
Travel: Potential for Domestic and international travel when needed
Compensation:
This is a temp-to-perm position with an hourly rate of $56 - $62/hr.

Liftoff's compensation strategy includes competitive market rate along with equity and benefits and perks that will give our employees what they need to do their best work. In order to ensure teams are compensated fairly for the work performed, we map out specific levels and take into consideration the cost of labor within each location. Liftoff provides employees a total compensation package of competitive market salaries, equity, health and wellness stipends, medical benefits associated with your country of residence. The base compensation will vary based on location, experience as well as level.
