About the Role:
CrowdStrike, a mission-driven and innovative technology company, is seeking a proactive and resourceful Executive Assistant. This role is critical in ensuring seamless operations, driving strategic priorities, and fostering strong relationships across the organization and beyond. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-pressure environment, excels in building relationships, and is adept at managing complex global logistics. What You'll Do:
- Executive Time Management: Strategically prioritize and align schedules with key business objectives, ensuring efficient time management in line with company goals
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration, streamline communication, and resolve potential redundancies
- Meeting Coordination: Manage meeting logistics, prepare agendas, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items to ensure efficient and productive meetings
- Complex Scheduling and Calendar Management: Provide proactive scheduling and calendar support, ensuring thorough preparation for all commitments, including briefing materials, meeting agendas, and itineraries
- Global Travel Management: Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, handling complex itineraries and required documentation. Be prepared to offer support outside traditional business hours during international travel
- Expense and Budget Management: Oversee travel expenses and manage reimbursements in a timely manner
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years providing executive-level support, including experience working with senior executives in high-profile organizations
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Global Travel Expertise: Extensive experience coordinating complex global travel logistics, including international documentation preparation
- Technical Proficiency: Quick to learn new tools, systems, and processes, with expertise in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment, demonstrating a proactive and positive attitude to change
- Attention to Detail: Impeccable attention to detail, ensuring flawless execution in scheduling, documentation, and travel arrangements
- Prioritization and Urgency: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests across time zones with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Professional Presence: Represent CrowdStrike with poise and professionalism in all interactions and events
- Ownership and Initiative: Operates independently, anticipating needs and delivering creative solutions
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Works effectively within a team environment, partnering with colleagues across departments to ensure alignment and operational success
- Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Integrity and Discretion: Maintains the highest level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
