Description and Requirements
The WW Operations Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for building & improving insightful & interactive reports in Qlik Sense & MS Excel based on requirements from key business stakeholders, mainly within Sales, Sales operations and Finance community.
He/She will be the key contact for EMEA internal customers throughout all project stages, including requirements gathering, design sign off, data model definition, development, testing, training and postproduction support.
The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring, managing and analyzing relevant data & information from numerous internal & external sources in order to provide reports, analysis and recommendations to business that will help to make insightful business decisions, to drive growth and measure success.
He/She will own continuous review & improvement of the analysis & delivery platforms and will focus on data quality levels and timelines, resolving any potential issues by cooperating with WW Ops teams and/or IT team.
Responsibilities:
- ETL Processes: Develop and optimize ETL processes to ensure efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading from various sources.
- Data Visualization: Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI, or Qlik.
- Data Quality: Implement and maintain data governance and validation procedures to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and troubleshoot BI solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- User Support: Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and data interpretation.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest BI technologies and best practices, and recommend improvements to existing systems.
- Process Optimization: Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation through BI solutions.
You'll bring:
- Proficiency in BI Tools: Expertise in BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or similar platforms.
- SQL and Database Management: Strong ability to write efficient queries and manage relational databases.
- English spoken & written
- ETL Processes: Experience with ETL tools and processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot issues and optimize BI solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with global stakeholders.

Base gross monthly salary from minimum 2200 EUR and above, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings
