Description and Requirements
Job Description:
1. You interact as new product Introduction (NPI) GPSM with all necessary teams. DWS GPSM New Product Assurance(NPA) is the Operation representative within the ThinkStation Offering Delivery Team(ODT) from the Design phase of the project until the stabilization of Mass Production.
2. You interlock with WW PM&Geo Planner for their new production CTO/SBB demand loading.
3. You make sure supply readiness to catch each new product launch phase.
4. You support NPI Parts' Risk Buy processing.
5. You own and support new product's Time-to-Volume tracking and management.

Position Requirements：
1. 3+years' experience in New Product Delivery Team preferred. Bachelor's Degree or above.
2. Fluent in English.
3. Proficiency in MS office. Strong PBI skills, Python/SQL proficiency preferred.
4. PMP is a plus.
5. Excellent problem-solving and business analytical skills
6. Strong communication and coordination skills to manage relationship with supplier.
7. Dedicated team player and proactive learner.
8. Detailed-minded, self-initiative, strong sense of responsibility.
