Description and Requirements

Do you aspire to become a part of the Motorola Marketing team of one of the world's leading tech brands with over 50 years of tradition in designing and providing world-class mobile phones with exceptional design and attention to the smallest details? Can you help us to reach our ambitious goals?

You as our new Partner Marketing Senior Specialist for Smartphones will join our SEE Motorola team. You will report to our Marketing Lead, Motorola SEE, supporting the local marketing activities in Slovakia.

What activities you will be involved with in this role:

  • Strengthening your Partner Marketing Experience - High proficiency in building go-to-market plans for new products; Build strong account specific co-marketing & visibility plans - offline & online; Assist in identifying and securing new distribution opportunities and merchandising support across Key Accounts
  • Channel & account management - Build & execute account level marketing plans; Good understanding of various channel management tools - margins, rebates, incentives, contests, levers of growth, etc.; Relationships with key Telco Operators or Retail in the region are an added plus
  • B2B marketing - Come up with and present new B2B marketing ideas; Analyze, track, and report on ongoing B2B marketing initiatives; Planning and organization of various B2B events
  • Business Management - Good understanding of financial & business metrics - revenue, gross profit, growth levers, etc.; Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams on key project - Sales, Finance, Business Operations and Product. Align with global and regional teams
  • Soft Skills - Challenger mindset - innovation & ability to find ways to get more for less. Able to seize the opportunity and see the possibilities to utilize each investment by increasing the possible return; Work with heightened ambiguity & often changing environment; Quickly react on change of plans/direction and adapt execution plans accordingly; Work with limited supervision; Good communication skills and ability to deliver clear messages; Strong analytical skills

Position Requirements:

  • Acquired 5 years of marketing experience in a global tech-oriented business, with marketing activities including strategy and planning, campaign development, sell-in propositions, development of training materials, traditional and digital advertising, social media, merchandising, transcreation, and budget development and control
  • Proven experience with the mobile industry and fluent in social, digital media, PR, influencer marketing
  • Outstanding communicator with the ability to persuade and influence other
  • Develops strong business relationships, and collaborates with all levels of an organization
  • The successful candidate needs to be fluent in English and Slovak
  • An experience in PR or advertising agency will be considered a plus

Base gross monthly salary starts from 2.100 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.
