Key Responsibilities
The Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) Global Campaign manager is the global, strategic leader in driving B2B ISG marketing campaigns aimed at IT Decision makers across Enterprise Small Medium Business customer segments. This marketing professional will be responsible for end-to-end campaign strategy, planning, strategic agency partner engagement, content sourcing/creation, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns in alignment with business and marketing goals.
This team player gets excited about leading and partnering to deliver integrated marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, consideration, and demand for Lenovo infrastructure products and solutions.
This is a cross-functional and collaborative position that will work closely with teammates, Corporate and Geography (Geo) marketing teams, product teams and alliance partners.
Overview of role
- Own the global campaign strategy, development and optimization for ISG multi-channel end-user marketing campaign(s) to drive awareness, thought leadership, and demand with our target audience
- Lead the ISG relationship management with global, strategic agency partner
- Align campaign objectives to targeted ISG business objectives and in coordination with Geo marketing
- Design and lead the overall ISG global campaign content strategy to include:
- Alignment with Geo marketing to deliver campaign content for local execution
- Sourcing, development and delegation of content assets needed for campaign
- Content tactics aligned to strategic messaging frameworks
- Collaborate with ISG Partner Marketing for integration of alliance partners within global campaigns with funding support via market development funds ("MDF")
- Leverage messaging frameworks developed across Solutions marketing, ESMB & AI segments, Product and Alliance marketing focal for campaign amplification
- Partner with global marketing ops to establish global campaign dashboard to measure and optimize campaign results (e.g., benchmarks, KPIs, optimizations, effectiveness, etc.)
- Participate as the ISG lead in cross-business group B2B campaign initiatives
- Lead and influence through collaboration to ensure cross company initiatives benefit ISG objectives
- Oversee headquarter campaign budget management to ensure funding is utilized as planned and in compliance with all internal finance and procurement policies.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 8+ years B2B campaign experience
- Strong B2B Campaign Management - recent experience developing and managing B2B marketing campaigns, programs, platforms, content creation, nurture strategies, agency management
- B2B marketing in technology industry
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to work in a demanding, fast paced environment and manage multiple programs at one time
- Exceptional Project Management - organizational skills with an ability to prioritize independently, and delegate tasks when appropriate.
- Ability to manage budgets / Excel spreadsheets
- Aptitude for engaging across multiple teams and internal/external stakeholders to drive efficiency and optimum outcomes
- Proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel
The base salary range budgeted for this position is $131,000- $175,000. Individuals may also be considered for bonuses and/or commissions. Lenovo's various benefits can be found at www.lenovobenefits.com.
