Description and Requirements

The Services Portfolio Enablement Specialist will drive Lenovo's success in the rapidly expanding Services business by understanding market needs and shaping an impactful offering and communications strategy. This role is pivotal in advancing services enablement across local channels and will involve close collaboration with sales counterparts to execute an effective go-to-market strategy. The individual will provide thought leadership, acting as a trusted Services consultant who guides regional sellers, channel partners, and virtual teams on solution selections, service compatibility, and sales collateral.

As the subject matter expert on advanced services, the candidate must be revenue-driven, operating with urgency in problem resolution and demonstrating strong follow-up and follow-through. This role requires keen analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advocate for Advanced Services: Serve as an evangelist for Advanced Services in the LA/ Brazil regions, presenting to internal teams, external partners, and customers.
  • Go-to-Market Readiness: Work closely with local teams to ensure offerings are fully prepared for market launch.
  • Collaboration with Marketing Teams: Partner with Geo Services and WW Marketing teams to drive product adoption and articulate the value proposition to internal and external audiences.
  • Training & Activation: Deliver tailored training sessions and product activations for local sellers and stakeholders, both individually and in groups.
  • Best Practice Sharing: Promote continuous improvement by sharing best practices and insights across the team.
  • Process Innovation: Where processes are lacking, swiftly develop, document, and implement repeatable processes, ensuring cross-functional alignment and completion.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.


  • Experience: 3-5+ years in product marketing or product management of technical products, with a strong preference for experience in IT Professional Services and Solutions.


  • Skills:
    • Strong strategic thinking and customer focus.
    • Exceptional presentation and communication abilities.
    • Ability to simplify complex solutions and convey them effectively.
    • Strong presentation and problem-solving skills.
    • Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (trilingual)
