Description and Requirements
Are you customer-oriented? Are you willing to learn and take on a new challenge? In this role, you will be able to grow, expand your career and become a future leader within supply chain customer operations!
You will report to our Director of Master Planning.
What will be your key responsibilities when you join our team?
- Own business operations for the SEE region
- Own and drive planning/operations excellence with sales
- Work with supply planner to maximize revenue attainment for SEE region
- Order management/scheduling, short-term and long-term planning, driving customer delivery performance and satisfaction
- Demand Planning, Collaborative Customer Planning, etc.
- Lead region in market life cycle planning from NPI through EOL
- Support the territory general managers, customer fulfillment, and revenue attainment as well as the wider staff team
We are looking for someone with:
- Economics/ Business/ Analytical Bachelor's degree
- Previous experience in a planning role - CPFR (collaborative planning) experience an advantage
- Previous experience of working in Telecoms Manufacturing an advantage
- Fluent English skills - you will be working with different nationalities
- Flexible and accustomed to ambiguous situations, motivated to learn, and comfortable working as part of a team of professionals
- Confident Excel user - you will be presenting data & outcomes from them
- Communication skills as this will be your everyday tool
- Knowledge of any extra language is also an advantage
