Description and Requirements
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated professional to join our dynamic team on a position of Senior Manager for Fulfillment Planning.
Your responsibilities will be
- Manage E2E parts planning/fulfillment process for selected portfolio.
- Lead and grow team of experienced professionals in GEO ISS team.
- Take responsibility for budged planning.
- Manage financial and operational cost review for EMEA Parts team.
- Lead EMEA cost saving STAMP initiatives.
Key Competencies Needed
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, ideally in services.
- Strong knowledge of logistics, warehousing, and distribution management.
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and being process-oriented.
- Detail-focused with excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Customer-oriented, committed to quality and efficiency.

You will report to SSG (Solutions & Services Group) organization structure.
SSG has been focusing on the expanding IT service market, especially the digital workplace services opportunity, the growing demand for aaS (as a Service) model, and customers' stronger preference for sustainability services. Meanwhile, SSG has continued to invest in software tools, platforms, and repeatable vertical solutions with our own IP, and focus on vertical solutions in manufacturing, retail, healthcare, education, and Smart City. We are expanding TruScale as a Service to include Digital Workplace Solutions, developing our Hybrid Cloud solutions, and exploring Metaverse solutions.
