Description and Requirements

Job Summary:

As the SSG Portfolio Enablement Manager, you will be a key partner to the SSG Hybrid Cloud Services offering teams. This role drives the sales direction, messaging strategy, and go to market for Hybrid Cloud solutions and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and sales enablement plans for a diverse portfolio of Hybrid Cloud solutions and services.
  • Collaborate closely with Geo Services Marketing and Worldwide (WW) Marketing teams to drive internal and external product adoption, accelerate growth, and create market momentum.
  • Craft and communicate compelling messaging and value propositions to effectively enable both sales teams and customers.
  • Create high-impact marketing materials, product disclosures, training resources, and competitive analysis to ensure the successful global launch of services offerings.
  • Partner with Sales, Product Management, and Channel Partners to align with organizational objectives and drive business outcomes.
  • Provide clear and consistent communication on project status, goals, and deliverables to Services leadership.
  • Facilitate local communication and collaborate with regional teams to co-create tailored Go-to-Market plans that enhance sales momentum.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of proven success in B2B product management or offering management, ideally within the IT Services sector.
  • Expertise in managing Infrastructure Service offerings and understanding of market requirements in a global technology environment.
  • Direct experience in launching Hybrid Cloud and Infrastructure Professional Services.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Strong aptitude for technology with the ability to translate technical concepts into customer-centric value propositions.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and product management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, peers, and senior leadership.
  • Highly analytical and strategic thinker, adept at synthesizing data from multiple sources into clear insights.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
