Description and Requirements
PMO战略项目管理岗作为组织内部推动战略落地和执行的重要岗位。他将参与产品事业部从战略规划和制定，到战略实施和监控，战略沟通的全部环节。具体职责：
1. 统筹管理组织内战略类项目进程，包括项目识别，计划制定，进度跟踪，风险管控和资源协调。
2. 负责重点项目对内对外的项目沟通，包括高层汇报会，战略项目看板
3. 牵头组织业务战略规划，包括战略研讨会，并负责搭建战略整体框架。
任职要求
具备良好的项目管理技巧，与相关方顺畅高效的沟通，能够有效推进项目进度和资源调度。
有战略和业务的理解能力、逻辑化能力、提炼能力；
英文听说读写流利
