Description and Requirements
岗位描述：
- 负责OLED显示屏新产品的研发、设计与优化，包括材料选择、结构设计、性能评估等；
- 参与制定OLED显示屏的研发计划与项目管理，确保项目按时、按质完成；
- 与团队成员紧密合作，解决研发过程中遇到的技术难题，提升产品竞争力；
- 跟踪行业最新动态，持续探索新技术、新工艺的应用可能性；
- 编写技术文档，为测试等部门提供技术支持与培训。
任职要求：
- 具有OLED显示技术、半导体物理、光学工程等专业背景者优先
- 至少5年以上OLED显示屏研发或相关领域工作经验，有成功主导或参与OLED显示屏产品开发项目的经历。
- 熟悉OLED显示屏的工作原理、制造工艺及测试方法，了解行业动态及发展趋势。
- 精通OLED材料科学、薄膜晶体管(TFT)技术、有机发光材料及其应用。
- 熟练掌握至少一种EDA设计软件（如Cadence、Altium等）和数据分析工具（如MATLAB、Origin等）。
- 具备优秀的实验设计与数据分析能力，能够快速定位并解决技术问题。
能力
- 拥有电子工程、材料科学、物理学或相关领域本科及以上学历。
- 具备良好的团队合作精神，能够与不同背景的专业人士有效沟通，共同推进项目进展。
- 能够清晰、准确地撰写技术报告、专利文件及项目提案，具备良好的中英文书面及口头表达能力。
