Description and Requirements

Position Description:

  • Control the material planning, according to the sales forecast and manufacturing cadence.
  • Manage MRP workflow and parameters, ensuring the accurate material supply on time and supporting what-if analysis.
  • Closely monitor the consumption and further procurement of critical parts, especially for substitute components, minimizing the risk of excess and obsolete.
  • Dynamically manage the planning cadence for complex alternative parts (non-fully & cross-branch alternative).
  • Rebalance inventory and purchase among multiple MRP sites for higher supply efficiency.
  • Manage ODM Buy-Sell inventory simulation and support cycle-counting.
  • Support business project and work-process enhancement.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above in management, engineering or related majors.
  • 2~3 years of working experience in supply chain area.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP and product BOM.
  • Strong material planning data analysis skill.
  • Good command of English skills, both oral and written.
  • Good skills of communication and coordination. Teamwork spirit.
  • Skill of data analysis and knowledge of statistic/ optimization are preferred.
