Description and Requirements
Job description:
1. PRC OB Operation solutions and management, play as key role for Contract, pricing, spending, IT system and operation performance, China network design, cost saving projects.
2.Short term and long term, volume and capacity management together with 4PL for all China region DC and RDC, trucking fleets resources.
3.Collaboratively engagement with China customers together with 4PL, ensure strategy & initiatives alignment, savings delivered, initiatives implemented, actions followed up and closed.
4. Continuous driving 4PL suppliers' operation performance, Risk and Compliance mgt, IT solutions design.
5. China logistics and transportation market intelligence.

Position requirement:
1. 8-10 years above experience in logistics, fulfillment, or any other logistic related operations functions.
2. Knowledge of China logistics market and logistics operation model, experienced in 3Pl or 4Pl management role, either procurement or operations.
3. Understand China sales and operation model or process, that benefit of setting up better logistics requirements or actions.
4. Flexible and Innovative, strategic thinking and solid action driver, also willing to be working under pressure.
5. Strong relationship building and influencer.
6. Executive review and hands on capabilities.
7. Good English and presentation skills.
