Description and Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting the Learning and Development area in Brazil through:
• Control and monitoring of global and local training programs in the system and in Excel;
• Fill and control of the scholarship program of the units;
• Work closely with the HRP's in order to offer available learning solutions for specific employees' needs linked to their individual development plan;
• Participate in meetings with the global Learning and Development team to keep actions in Brazil in line with global guidelines,
• Responsible for creating and delivering content for soft skill/leadership training as needed

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Advanced English
  • Completed Bachelors Degree;
  • Professional experience of up to 3 years with T&D;
  • Excel intermediate - advanced
  • Good communication.
