Description and Requirements

As a Level 2.5 Technical Support Engineer within our EMEA Technical Services team, you'll play a crucial role in providing post-sales support to Lenovo customers. This includes managing customer complaints, technical escalations, and critical situations. You'll work closely with both our Product Engineering team and our global network to address complex software and hardware issues ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide advanced technical support directly to our customers and collaborate with account teams to troubleshoot issues.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, offering consultations within the Lenovo Services community.
  • Maintain high standards of communication, ensuring customers' issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction by maintaining Lenovo's reputation as a top supplier of technical solutions.
  • Utilize the broader Lenovo technical community to develop sustainable solutions to technical problems.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Recent graduates with a degree in Computing or Electronic Engineering
  • Individuals with a foundational knowledge of networking (both wired and wireless); certifications are a plus.
  • Analytical thinkers with a systematic approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of effective communication both on the phone and in person.
  • Highly motivated, self-sufficient individuals who are passionate about technology and driven to learn.
  • Multilingual capabilities are advantageous but not required.

Base gross monthly salary starts from 1.500 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.

You will report to SSG (Solutions & Services Group) organization structure.

SSG has been focusing on the expanding IT service market, especially the digital workplace services opportunity, the growing demand for aaS (as a Service) model, and customers' stronger preference for sustainability services. Meanwhile, SSG has continued to invest in software tools, platforms, and repeatable vertical solutions with our own IP, and focus on vertical solutions in manufacturing, retail, healthcare, education, and Smart City. We are expanding TruScale as a Service to include Digital Workplace Solutions, developing our Hybrid Cloud solutions, and exploring Metaverse solutions.
