Description and Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Analysis & Documentation:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories for development teams.
- Ensure that technical solutions align with business goals and priorities.
Technical Solution Design:
- Collaborate with development and architecture teams to design scalable, efficient, and robust technical solutions.
- Identify and mitigate technical constraints, risks, and opportunities during the design and planning stages.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between business users, development teams, and project managers to ensure alignment on goals and progress.
- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
Data Analysis & Integration:
- Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions.
- Assist with the integration of systems, APIs, and data flows across platforms to ensure seamless functionality.
Testing & Quality Assurance:
- Support QA processes by reviewing test plans, ensuring technical requirements are met, and validating quality standards.
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the product meets business expectations and requirements.
Process Improvement:
- Evaluate existing processes and workflows to identify opportunities for technical and operational improvements.
- Recommend enhancements and automation solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of business analysis, technical documentation, and requirements gathering.
- Familiarity with system design principles and basic programming.
- Experience or knowledge in data analysis (e.g., SQL, Python, Excel).
- Ability to communicate technical details clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement and automation.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to learn and grow within a team.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, JIRA) is a plus.
