About Our Team:

Lenovo invites you to bring your expertise, skill set, and positive attitude as an Inside Sales Support Rep (ISSR) and be a pillar of the Lenovo Customer Experience. This Sales Support team is crucial for Lenovo to help our business grow, speed up the contract process, and increase customer satisfaction.

About the Role

This is a hybrid (office / home) position in which you will be able to expand your analytical, networking and operational skills by assisting in creating and handling sales quotes for potential ISG deals. You will interact (constantly, but not exclusively) with the Sales, Order Desk, Credit, and AR teams to solve operational roadblocks and ensure that the quotes get converted into sales orders.

You will participate in Sales calls as a listener and potential contributor to prepare, ammend or enhance sales quotations and their related documents.

Additionally you will be asked to participate and / or lead projects that bring improvement to the operation, as well as maintain one or several activity reports.

Position Requirements

Required Skills

  • College degree or be an active (Senior year) student on a major such as International Commerce, Business, or Marketing.
  • Excellent English skills, written and oral are a MUST. This position has permanent contact with teams located in North America. Besides, part of the interview will be conducted in English.
  • Excel (Pivot tables, basic formulas, conditions)
  • Experience in creating, maintaining and controlling reports on a daily basis.
  • Strong e-mail etiquette
  • Strong analytical and numerical capabilities
  • Able to concentrate over long periods of time
  • Multi-tasking skills are highly regarded.
  • Able to work with little supervision

Desired Skills:

  • SAP
  • Excel macros
  • Visual Basic
  • Power Point
  • Being tech-savvy
  • Knowledge of computing / IT vocabulary is a plus.
  • Basic French
