Description and Requirements
As an Inside Sales SMB Representative for Lenovo's E-commerce team focused on the Benelux market, you will drive sales of Lenovo products, services, and solutions to clients through a combination of inbound (queue-based) and outbound calls. This role involves uncovering opportunities, promoting the benefits of Lenovo's solutions, and positioning our products against the competition. As a sales representative, you'll develop strategic approaches to engage key clients, meet revenue goals, and support customer needs, all while being a knowledgeable champion of Lenovo's award-winning portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Industry Knowledge & Product Expertise: Develop a comprehensive understanding of Lenovo's product portfolio and the IT industry to deliver customized solutions to clients.
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies that meet both short- and long-term revenue objectives for the Benelux market.
- Outbound and Inbound Sales Focus: Drive sales through a balanced approach of inbound and outbound activities, targeting new leads and developing existing accounts.
- Full Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end sales process, emphasizing up-selling and cross-selling Lenovo's products and services to maximize customer value.
- Client Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Forecasting & Pipeline Development: Develop accurate weekly sales forecasts and maintain a strong pipeline to ensure revenue targets are met consistently.
- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional account support, providing timely follow-up, product information, and proactive customer service.
- Performance and Initiative Alignment: Engage in corporate initiatives, including weekly forecasting, opportunity management, and best practice sharing within the SMB community.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
- Sales Experience: 4-5 years of successful experience in an inside sales role, ideally in a quota-carrying environment.
- Relationship & Communication Skills: Strong ability to establish and maintain client relationships, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactivity & Goal Orientation: Ambitious, proactive, and goal-oriented, with a persuasive communication style and strong phone skills.
- Problem-Solving & Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Quota Achievement: Proven success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a competitive sales environment.
- Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in Dutch, with strong business-level English skills; proficiency in an additional European language is a plus.
- Familiarity with E-commerce Sales: Understanding of the e-commerce landscape, particularly within the Benelux region, to effectively address diverse customer needs.
