Description and Requirements

Lenovo's HR department is looking for a student from Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communication or a similar field to provide support to the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the HR team in the onboarding process of new joiners.
  • Assist in HR events and initiatives, such as benefits communications, employee engagement activities, and employer branding efforts.
  • Perform various administrative tasks within the HR department, including payment follow-ups, purchase orders, and invoice reconciliation.
  • Collaborate in the organization of activities related to culture and employee experience.
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at strengthening Lenovo's employer branding.

Requirements:

  • Student in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Social Communication, or a related field.
  • Advanced English (mandatory).
  • Curiosity, proactivity, and a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
