Description and Requirements
We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our team in the Manufacturing Plant in Üllő, Hungary. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career HR professionals looking to grow their experience.
Please note that the role is for our Üllő Factory, you will be required to be on site at least 3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the go-to person for employees and managers, offering support and guidance on a wide range of HR matters.
- Own the moments in the employee journey, from crafting contracts to seamless onboarding, managing exits, and preparing for works council engagements.
- Manage headcount reporting and stay on top of critical reporting needs to keep the organization running smoothly.
- Lead recruitment efforts for select roles, working closely with external agencies to bring top talent on board.
- Drive local HR programs, including managing student collaborations, overseeing parental leave processes, and coordinating the company car program.
Position Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in HR (preferably in a manufacturing environment).
- Excellent communication skills; confident in engaging with employees, candidates, and external partners.
- A passionate and proactive approach to HR.
- Ability to work independently and multitask effectively.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English.
- Familiar with MS Office and HR tools such as Workday.
You will be reporting to Senior HR Manager Hungary Manufacturing.
