Description and Requirements

Do you aspire to become a part of the Infrastructure Services team of one of the world's largest IT companies that chooses to be different and better? We are looking for an innovative and passionate Product Manager for Infrastructure Services Portfolio helping us achieve our goals and be the driving force for customer and partner success at global level.

In this role, you will be primarily responsible for a subset of the Infrastructure Services portfolio. You will be the voice of the customer in the Infrastructure Services market and stay up to date through market analysis, market intelligence, and review of historical service offering trends. You will identify, define and launch service offerings for the Infrastructure Services that will enable Lenovo to be a trusted advisor and provide complete solutions, including Hardware (Server/Storage/Network), Software and Services.

Your primary responsibilities:

  • Serve as an evangelist for Infrastructure Services Portfolio, presenting to internal teams, and external partners and customers.
  • Drive end to end product management execution from offering concept phase to plan, development, worldwide launch, maintenance and EOL
  • Collaborate with geo Services Marketing and WW Marketing teams to generate internal and external product adoption and growth momentum.
  • Develop messaging/value proposition for sales and customer enablement.
  • Create product disclosures, marketing content, training materials, and competitive analysis to support successful WW Services offering launch
  • Lead core team, kick off projects, manage existing offerings, establish and review schedules, facilitate meetings and ensure execution of programs/projects
  • Ensure core team launches services and solutions at the desired quality level and meets the time to market plans
  • Effectively communicate status of projects and objectives to Services leadership
  • Lead the global management and execution of cross-functional projects through the Offering Development process.
  • Develop project goals that meet the business objectives and execute strategies and plans to meet the goals
  • Present strategic business cases, product positioning, and value proposition
  • Deliver the marketing assets, training and enablement presentations, launch planning, and other deliverables.
  • Provide product communications to worldwide geographies' teams as well as jointly planning Go-To-Market to drive sales momentum

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of proven, successful B2B product management experience / offering management, preferably in IT Services
  • Experience in Service offerings for mature & emerging market requirements at a global technology company
  • Specific experience launching Premium Technical Support offerings a plus
  • Roadmap execution and product launch experience, with an understanding of the Services lifecycle (plus)
  • Detail-oriented with proficient product management, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with peers, senior management and cross-functional groups
  • Analytical, critical thinker capable of collecting clear/concise data from multiple sources
  • Bachelor's Degree, MBA preferred

Base gross monthly salary starts from 2.500 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.
