Description and Requirements
This Inside Sales Representative will work with Global Accounts and a field counterpart to support end-user customers and partners around the world to drive opportunities and LOB expansion around Lenovo's portfolio offerings in one of our global verticals. Inside Sales Representatives will support configuration discussions, Global catalog management, and provide solutions as well as proactive follow-up, product information and overall account support via email, Teams calls, and phone calls. This role will also work within the segment's initiatives including weekly forecast and opportunity management, global support to counterparts/customers, and weekly program follow ups with peers and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that leverage Lenovo's smart collaboration products.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Lenovo's smart collaboration product portfolio and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
- Reporting: Regularly update sales activities, customer feedback, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with company objectives.
- Training & Development: Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in quota carrying sales position, preferably in the technology sector.
Preferred Requirements:
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and a sense of urgency.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts and solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience with smart collaboration products is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
