Description and Requirements

Job description:

- Responsible for analyzing the requirements and developing testing strategies for the NPI stage of server system integration testing, and designing DFT for each stage of research and development;

- Responsible for sustaining GP server products import and enablement in India new factory & Support follow-up ISD designed new product testing development assist such as sample review, SVT or ESP onsite debug.
- Develop product testing plans and test cases to test the existence, reliability, and safety of the product manufacturing process;

- Support E2E factory manufacturing, analysis and resolution of production testing issues, optimization of testing processes;

- Communicating with India mfg. team and WW engineering to provide technical guidance and training to factory tester.
- Support customer special requirement and complete the development of customized testing code.

- Ensure the quality and timely delivery of NPI/ESP and sustaining mass-produced products.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Technology or related majors;

2. 8+ years of experience in Server or PC testing development experience.

3. Deeply understanding on NPI R&D and Manufacturing E2E test process.
4. Deeply understanding on testing theory and method of server key parts such as BMC, BIOS, CPU, GPU, etc;

5. Proficient in Python programming and Linux shell commands, specific ability to develop testcases independently.

6. Familiar with testing tools such as speccpu/io/iperf/memtest/benchmark and related tuning methods;

7. Familiar with IPMI, Redfish, SNMP network management protocol.

8. Familiar with Confluence/Jira/Redmine process control & issue management systems.

9. Strong communication with cross function teams.

10. Fluent in both English and Chinese communication.
