Description and Requirements

Job Summary:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis Manager in Solutions and Services Group (SSG) in Lenovo, supporting financial planning and analysis for business performance and investments management, in Finance headquarters. The position will work closely with our Solution and Services finance community in Asia Pacific, EMEA, and America, as well as Group Finance in Lenovo

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Support the global consolidation and analysis of business units' monthly forecasts and quarterly actual results. Plan for the reporting and submission schedules
  • Prepare management reporting and financial presentations for SSG management.
  • Perform business group's annual budget planning and consolidation.
  • Support the monthly business review meetings with stakeholders by BG/ GEO/ Functions
  • Work with group digital transformation team to digitalize management reporting processes, including system automation and enhancement of current digital dashboards
  • Support the global consolidation, progress tracking and return analysis of SSG's investment portfolio, covering DT, IT, RD, HBB product development and A&P management.
  • SME to advise on clearcut classification for DTIT fund, RD fund and BAU spend.
  • Work with GEM team to ensure various spend and investments funding arrangement is organized and set up properly.
  • Establish, strengthen, and keep in place on investment controls. Communicate and ensure impacted stakeholders, business leaders, and finance focal are well acknowledged, and adhere to the controls.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years working experience of in Finance
  • Experience in budgets and forecasts planning, preparing management reports, business reviews and presentations of financial performance
  • Experience in expense and investment management, managing overall business expenses and investment tracking.
  • Experience in project management is a plus
  • Strong Excel modeling and PowerPoint skills
  • Teamwork player. Willing to communicate closely with team members.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
