Description and Requirements

EMEA Transition Team Lead

  • Assist in hiring, onboarding, retaining and developing a high performing regional team
  • Be responsible for regional team results, remove barriers and ensure team members are set up for success in achieving or exceeding their annual performance and training goals
    Conduct one-on-ones, quarterly performance evaluations and annual reviews
  • Ensure that regional governance requirements are met by all employees for documentation standards, weekly internal and external governance
  • Support client and internal escalations for all projects in the transition team portfolio
  • Participate in meetings to communicate status or give recommendations on regional performance or high profile customers
  • Resource planning for regional project coverage to support pre-sales and active transition engagement. Providing oversight on regional projects and serve as project lead on large implementation projects

What we expect from You:

  • Demonstrated ability managing a team in a collaborative working environment
  • Demonstrated experience acting as the liaison between business and IT stakeholders with communication skills to speak appropriately to both parties (translating technology to the business and vice versa)
  • Highly developed skills in using MS Office Suite applications including: Project, Visio: Understand and Create Process Flows (Swim lanes, flowcharts) and understand and Create Technical Diagrams and Excel: Import from different sources of data. Data Analysis using charts, pivot tables, filters and rules
  • Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines
  • Ability to travel up to 50% (no travel during COVID)
  • 8-10 years of progressive broad-based information technology and business experience
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or related discipline with an information technology focus (Master's degree highly desirable). External project management certification such as PMP from PMI or other project management certification is preferred. ITIL Foundation Certified is a Plus
