Description and Requirements

The EMEA Marketing Channel Manager will collaborate with the EMEA Channel Marketing Director to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with Lenovo's objectives. This role involves managing co-marketing plans with distributors and resellers, building strong partner relationships, and ensuring the alignment of channel strategies with alliance partners. The manager will also oversee campaign execution, budget management, and performance tracking to drive customer engagement and achieve marketing goals across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Implementation: Collaborate with the EMEA Channel Marketing Director to define and execute an EMEA marketing strategy aligned with overarching Lenovo or competitive brand objectives.
  • Quarterly Co-Marketing Plans: Partner with EMEA channel sales to define quarterly co-marketing plans with distributors and resellers, ensuring synchronization with the EMEA channel strategy.
  • Customized Channel Marketing Plans: Develop actionable, customized channel marketing plans that align with account-specific goals and drive customer engagement.
  • Channel and Alliance Alignment: Ensure alignment of EMEA channel strategies with alliance partners to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Campaign and Program Management: Lead the planning, execution, and management of channel marketing campaigns, presenting plans to alliance partners for feedback and approval.
  • Utilize Lenovo Tools: Use Lenovo tools to raise PR, manage POE collection, and document activities according to the EMEA Marketing blueprint.
  • Partner Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, enhancing product knowledge through training, workshops, and events.
  • Performance Monitoring and Budget Management: Track, measure, and report on the performance of channel programs and campaigns, and manage the channel marketing budget for the EMEA region.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • B2B Channel Marketing Experience: Proven experience in B2B channel marketing within the technology sector.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work across cross-functional teams, with experience engaging with channel partners such as distributors and resellers.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns across the EMEA region.
  • Budget Management: Strong budget management skills with a track record of optimizing channel marketing spend for maximum impact.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to track performance, ROI, and market trends.
  • Proactive and Innovative: Proactive, innovative, and results-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Cultural Awareness: Being adaptable and culturally aware is essential in engaging diverse markets across EMEA.
  • Fluent in English: Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
