Description and Requirements

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Financial Digital Transformation Analyst to drive the digital evolution of our finance function . This pivotal role demands a deep understanding of the end-to-end business from Finance, including financial performance, Finance and Accounting Operations. As a Financial Digital Transformation expert, you will be engaging in shaping the future of our finance operation and processes by identifying, designing, and implementing innovative digital solutions that enhance efficiency, improve decision-making, and deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Strategic Thinking:
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to articulate the financial objective and roadmap, securing buy-in and support from finance and peer functions
    • Lead cross-functional teams in the identification and prioritization of digital initiatives.
  • Financial Expertise:
    • Possess a deep understanding of financial operations, management accounting, and financial analysis.
    • Have good understanding of Financial management and Accounting of Service Business
    • Leverage financial acumen to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize business performance.
  • Change Management and Communication:
    • Champion change within the organization, fostering a culture of innovation and digital adoption.
    • Develop and execute effective communication plans to engage stakeholders at all levels.
    • Build strong relationships with business partners to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Project Management and Execution:
    • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex digital transformation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
    • Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Implement robust project management methodologies to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in financial management, with a strong focus on digital transformation.
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
  • Deep expertise in SAP FICO, with a minimum of 7 years of system implementation experience
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (both spoken and written).
