Description and Requirements

This role can work remotely anywhere in the US with a preference for candidates in the EST time zone

Description:

  • Build strong knowledge of the intricacies and networks within partnership marketing to generate industry insights and be able to assess the impact for Lenovo.
  • Cultivate robust relationships with rights owners and agencies and the ability to grasp the legalities of all assets and rights purchased to maximize value.
  • Provide strong leadership and marketing skills to inspire and influence collaboration, support, and coordination among various internal and external stakeholder groups. It involves aligning key business units including Marketing, Sales, Procurement, Legal, Finance, and HR.
  • Grow Lenovo's brand awareness and consideration through the development of a clear strategy as measured by brand health scores.
  • Work closely with Lenovo's Global Sales Organizations to ensure we are utilizing contractual benefits, building customer relationships and maintaining the best possible corporate reputation for Lenovo.
  • Effectively manage external agencies and 3rd parties for best-in-class ideation, implementation, and delivery of results within budget and scope of work.
  • Deliver tangible business results, responsible for objective setting and measurement & evaluation process across the portfolio.
  • Maintain a strong internal control and compliance environment consistent with the Lenovo Marketing Code and Lenovo compliance policies.
  • Demonstrate an expert understanding of the structure and workings of the partnership marketing landscape; inclusive of sports, entertainment, art/cultural and e-sports/gaming properties.
  • Provide support to Lenovo's Partnership Steering Committee on all aspects of strategy, planning and execution across various initiatives.
  • Implement strategies that will support core brand and business objectives - notably shareholder value creation, volume, share growth, brand advocacy & consumer awareness.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ years working in a Marketing role.
  • Proven experience in partnership management.
  • Expertise in Agency Collaboration and Management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • High self-initiative with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Travel will be required to support global events.
  • A degree in Marketing or Business Management desirable.

The base salary range budgeted for this position in CA, CO, Jersey City - NJ, NV, Ithaca - NY, NYC, WA, is $170k - $200k. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission.
