Description and Requirements
We are a leading IT company with a strong presence across the Nordic region, where we are a clear leader in PC market.
We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Country Manager to lead and grow our business operations in Sweden. The Country Manager will be instrumental in driving our commercial business growth, with a focus on our Large Accounts, Public Sector, SMB, and Channel business units. You will span our full portfolio of PC, Services, and Infrastructure solutions, aiming to elevate Sweden's performance to match the success we've achieved in other Nordic markets.
You will oversee and manage the company's total business operations in the country, with a specific emphasis on the commercial business. Your objective is to accelerate growth and ensure Sweden reaches the same level of business success as our other Nordic markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion across Sweden, focusing on Large Accounts, Public Sector, SMB, and Channel.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate commercial sales teams to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and drive strong sales performance.
- Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, forging partnerships and building relationships with key stakeholders across various sectors.
- Cross-Portfolio Oversight: Manage and promote our complete portfolio of PC, Services, and Infrastructure solutions, ensuring these offerings meet the needs of both new and existing customers.
- Market Competitiveness: Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to continuously refine and adapt business strategies for Sweden.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly report on business performance, challenges, and opportunities to the regional leadership, ensuring Sweden's growth is on par with other Nordic countries.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and resource utilization.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in a senior commercial sales role, ideally as a Country Manager or equivalent, within the IT industry.
- Demonstrated success in driving business growth, particularly in the Large Accounts, Public Sector, SMB, and Channel segments.
- Extensive experience managing and growing a diverse portfolio of PC, Services, and Infrastructure solutions.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and motivating sales teams.
- Deep understanding of the IT market and customer landscape in Sweden, including public and private sectors.
- Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
